In an official notification released by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), candidates of Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11th) are advised to take note of the forthcoming scrutiny process for allegations related to the use of Unfair means/Misbehavior in the Examination Centres.
The candidates involved include those from the Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual, 2023, and deferred cases of Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) Session Annual Regular, 2021, Winter Zone.
They are directed to present themselves before the Committee responsible for scrutinizing and disposing of Unfair means/Misconduct cases. This process will be conducted in the Office Chambers of the Joint Secretary, Secrecy, JD.
Candidates are expected to bear their own expenses during this defense against the charges leveled against them.
Candidates failing to appear during the scheduled time will be assumed to have nothing to say in their defense. The decisions made by the Sub-Committee, based on the available record and reports, will be deemed final and binding.
